How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase required!
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Take a photo or video of the damage within 30 days of receipt and email it to us at support@mywalldecors.com with your order number. Once verified, we'll issue an immediate full refund no need to return the item.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. Contact us at support@mywalldecors.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your order may have already been dispatched.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is PCI compliant and uses SSL encryption, the same security standard used by major banks. Your payment details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.
