Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order across the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the UK and carrier performance.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via trusted UK carriers. Your tracking number will work with the carrier's tracking system, and you can also track your order through our tracking page.
Order Cancellation and Modification
- You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification.
- Contact us at Support@mywalldecors.com as soon as possible.
- After 24 hours, your order may have already been dispatched and changes may not be possible.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues or disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Royal Mail / courier service delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
How to Track Your Order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Use the tracking number on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

Order Shows Delivered But Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbours or other household members.
- Check any safe places the courier may have left the parcel.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly to request proof of delivery.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact us with proof of non-delivery and we will issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
MyWallDecors is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
