At MyWallDecors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
30-Day Free Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return completely free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at Support@mywalldecors.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In their original condition (unused, undamaged)
- In their original packaging where possible
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take a photo or video of the issue within 30 days of receipt.
- Email us at support@mywalldecors.com with the evidence and your order number.
- Once verified, we will issue an immediate full refund — no return required.
Items Not as Described
If the item you receive does not match the product description or images on our Site:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos showing the discrepancy.
- We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items damaged due to self-repair attempts or third-party modifications
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank processing times can vary.
- If you still haven't received it, contact us at Support@mywalldecors.com and we will investigate.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under UK law, you have a minimum 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date you receive your goods for any reason.
