At MyWallDecors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

30-Day Free Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return completely free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at Support@mywalldecors.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In their original condition (unused, undamaged)
  • In their original packaging where possible

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take a photo or video of the issue within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Email us at support@mywalldecors.com with the evidence and your order number.
  3. Once verified, we will issue an immediate full refund  no return required.

Items Not as Described

If the item you receive does not match the product description or images on our Site:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos showing the discrepancy.
  2. We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items damaged due to self-repair attempts or third-party modifications

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank processing times can vary.
  3. If you still haven't received it, contact us at Support@mywalldecors.com and we will investigate.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under UK law, you have a minimum 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date you receive your goods for any reason.
